He is the starting pitcher. He pitches consistently, though not overwhelmingly.
I don't know if it's a follow-through issue or a reflex issue, but he tends to hit by comebacker. He has suffered several fractures from it.
He said he hopes to try out for MLB after the end of 2023. He would like to use the posting system.

Uwasawa's Playing Style

Uwasawa throws a four-seam with an average 90-91 mph pitch. Forkballs, cutters and two-seams average 87-89 mph pitches. He also throws a slider, changeup and knuckle curve effectively.
